Book your visit to the distillery – Quebec

Experience a unique tasting and sensory journey by visiting our spirits production facility, nestled within our creative universe: Located in a 19th-century former rectory.

Our distillery blends historical charm with the modernity of contemporary craftsmanship. Upon your arrival, you’ll be captivated by the authentic architecture of this heritage building, which adds a touch of mystery and solemnity to your visit. Our passionate guides will lead you through the various areas of the distillery, where you’ll uncover the secrets behind the production of our refined spirits, crafted with exceptional expertise.

During this visit, you will have the opportunity to taste two spirits directly from the oak barrel (duration: 30 minutes).
Afterward, you will be able to smell the ingredients and botanicals, and taste our various flavor tablets in the tasting lounge (duration: 30 minutes).
Please allow at least 1 hour.

Cost: $20.00 per person, maximum of 20 people per tour.

With or without a reservation, depending on availability of time slots, only from Saturday to Sunday. Please note that tours are conducted in French only. No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the visit.
